This is a game. To access the instructions, click on the start button and then click the setings button and then click the guide button.

There are two types downloadable- exe , and sb3. . Use Scratch 3.0 for the sb3 file.The exe is easy. Just ignore the warning by clicking on `more` and then click `run anyway`.
